That's a nice Faker...all business in a Streetable Package. Wouldn't change a single thing... Nice One @J.Ukrop
6-2's, big a** collectors and that rear bumper mean a serious threat. Also note the recent Pennzoil oil change, did someone say "Race"?! Thanks, Joey.
Don't know anything about that one, but I had one of my own. How about winning class at the '62 Winternationals car show, the following weekend winning class at the Winternationals drag races and setting both ends of the class record , then driving it to high school the following Monday. Triple threat indeed.
Awesome. Love everything about the car and the pic (Pennzoil cans). Dig the the font on the lettering too. Huffaker isn't a common name. Wonder if Joe Huffaker had anything to do with the Model A? Huffaker Engineering is a age old race car driver/builder (been around since mid 50's). Joe jr. is now also a driver/runs the Co. I also found a young Scott Huffaker race driver during a search. "Huffaker Engineering was established in 1960 to focus on and specialize in the development of competition engines and racecars." https://www.scca.com/pages/joe-huffaker-sr https://us.motorsport.com/scca/news/huffaker-engineering-returns/1921975/
It truly is amazing how valuable that single pic can be...it may lead nowhere but it is a visual into what was...and that was no doubt a thrill to pilot...
