1st Ozzie built GM Holden built at Fisherman's Bend plant with Prime Minister Ben Chifley unveiled the 48-215, colloquially known called the FX Holden, off the production line on 29th November 1948. The Fisherman's Bend building is an art deco design similar to Henry Ford Museum.

Clay model of 1st GM Holden (FX) before production commenced. GMH even took the uni-body car to the US for testing and evaluation before it's official release down under.

1940 Chevy? Can anyone tell which model? Master 85 (base)? Looks too plain to be a Master Deluxe or Special Deluxe.
