    Something doesn't look right about the sailor in this photo. I wonder if he was "added" at some point. I may be wrong.

    You're right. Stare at it long enough it almost looks like a cardboard cut out someone stuck in front of the car

    The Skyway was the home of Chicago’s Flying Mile. A popular pastime primarily with the South Side drug dealers was running late night top speed competitions on this very limited access elevated roadway.
    There were many other routes to Indiana but they all had no toll like the Skyway, and late night hours up there were especially free of traffic making it a perfect playground. Cops up there? At times sure, but the dealers took care of that, $$$ ;)
    There was a gentleman associated with the Chi-Town Hustler that was known to build engines and cars for the guys running the Mile.
