Supercharged Offy? Anyone know the car's/builder's name?

 

Hard to think of anything more radical than this, and yet it certainly had weight and traction on those front wheels as well. Steering and directional control may have been difficult, though. Also synchronising front and rear engines.
Anyone know anything about it?

 

Built to run at Bonneville with a Streamliner body. This was for testing and??

 

Pictures I took of a neat old Vicky a while back; someone is messing with it now.

 

The car crashed at Bonneville and killed the driver.
