I'm having trouble trying to design a flame pattern that goes around the protruding door hinges and windshield posts, that looks right. The flames will start at the firewall edge (sides only) and extend along the cowl, through the doors and just into the bun panels. Fairly simple, nothing crazy! The more pics, the better! Thanks!

    The subject in question...…..

I saw this one on here and thought it looked really good, like it could have been done a long time ago.

  8. They all look good! But the last one looks really good. The question is though, would your car look that good with that flame job? But this one Stogy posted looks like it would work the best. 1926-ford-model-t-righteous-roadtser_5.jpg

You are absolutely correct that the flames have to suit the Hotrod/Custom/Racer

@evintho's T has a Jalopy/Sporty Racer look about it so would the showy street based Hotrod look suit it?

Yep, I'm kinda partial to this one too! Although I probably won't do the overlapping flame licks. I'm trying to decide if I can run a flame lick between the windshield post and the upper door hinge. It's pretty tight there. I'm leaving the body flat black but the flames will be cleared coated. They'll start at the firewall with just a smidge of white then fade to yellow with red highlights on the licks. Either white or blue pinstripe outline.
Outstanding so far! Keep the pics comin'!
