That is a 1910 Wagenhals made in St Louis, Missouri

The builder W.G. Wagenhals invented the third rail for New York Central Rail Road. He manufactures about 250 of these 3 wheelers.

i remember them finding haley wandering in the desert. one thing to remember about his image, a lot of people viewed rockers as dangerous, and their music was too "black."

My first thought is that this is an Allard, but I can't find a photo of one with a round tube chassis, maybe it is another sports car from the early 1950s.
