    Bob Duedahl, Albany, Oregon, purple and flawless, the first polished Halibrands I ever saw in 61. For 1962 Bob bought a Chassis Research K-88 chassis and added his own touches, and tested it as a Dragster with a friend in the seat, before adding the Comp Coupe body.     Yeah I was almost across the street. They put a new top on my dads '55 Ford Sunliner when it needed it.

    ‘55 one-fitty! Six cylinder car. Looks brand new. I wonder if it ended up as a hot rod, a circle track racer that got wrung out at the SW Washington Fairgrounds (half mile, clay) or picked apart in Grasser’s wrecking yard. Or is it awaiting discovery in a shed or garage?
