Isn't copper a little soft for brake lines?

My wild guess is that the brakelines are cunifer, not pure copper..
    And it looks good, Eric!

The whole front section (hood/fenders/grill) are now all aligned perfectly. Also, the headlights are now installed.

I too have been following since the start of your build and enjoyed the trip. Lines look great. How does one get insurance on a custom car over there?

Thank you loudbang! Not sure with regards to insurance over here. The plan is to eventually bring it back to the USA......and sell it to some lucky resident. ;)

We've been test fitting exhausts....this is probably going to be the only real (legal) option. There is basically no where else to install the muffler. They're Flowmasters btw...(maybe someone has a better and legal option?)

Thats pretty tight spot for a muffler! I have no idea what kind of legal requirements you have there, so the glasspacks like Smithy's are out of question?
They sound great, but i guess that dutch cops doesnt share the same opinion with me:D

I know it's a tight spot Antti. I'll look into Smithy's and also Flowmaster appears to make similar ones as well. Back to the internet!

Hey Carsten! We've just been trying some different (larger) mufflers and where to position them. None of the rest of the exhaust has been made yet....

Where you have them now is similar to 63-64 Ford Galaxies and they had two versions one large round stock type and slimmer smaller oval type from High Performance models.

Maybe you can find them online still, the small oval ones may fit just right.

There is also an oval exhaust tubing available. I guess that could be useful, if there's issues with the tubing clearance.
