Look likes the Lincoln Mercury division of the demo derby.

Sorry but this is a Sprite. The Midgets had horizontal side moldings and the Sprite never did. The Bugeye (Mk I) was made from 1958 through 1960 and the Mark II (squarebody) came along next. This one has chrome bumpers which indicates it is pre- 1975. The Midget had a chrome octagon on the trunk deck lid where as the Sprite had "Sprite" in the same location. The Sprites were last made in 1971 but the Midgets continued to 1979.

Look and see the MG octagon on the trunk as I said. Also, I owned the last of the first series Bugeye and it was a '62. The square design followed in '63. You need to brush up on your information if you think the Bugeyes ended in '60.

You may have had a Bugeye titled as a '62 but they stopped making them in 1961. Cars in those days were often titled and registered when they were first sold regardless of the model year. The square body design started in 1961

I don't see the octagon nor do I see the side moldings. Here's a tip--use Google and see when various models were made. I don't want to argue with you about this--do some research before you criticize my information.
