Hello Everyone, I would like to share my photos with you that I took at this year’s 2019 - 70th Grand National Roadster Show. I shot most of the hot rods indoors and some of the hot rods outdoors on Saturday. It was a great show with a lot of great cars along with huge crowds of spectators and the weather hovering near 80 degrees all weekend in Pomona. They all look great but I don't understand the bus with the VW van mounted on top of it. Maybe I am too old or just out of my league. Thanks for taking the time to post the pictures.
Very nice work. Set-up is always a great time to shoot, less people and you get to talk to the owners and builders. Tell us about your set-up: camera, lighting, tripod or not. Do you shoot everything and cull for this site?
Randy Grubb is the builder and he builds some far out stuff. His bus with the VW mounted on top of it was nicely built and one of a kind art piece of work I have seen a few of his owner "hot rods" in the past. The automobiles that he creates may now be something we all like but I can appreciate the nice craftsmanship he puts into each build to grab my attention in looking at the details. Great job, best photos I've seen yet. I took almost 700 photos myself on Saturday and am going through them now, it takes a lot of time.
Were there any 49-51 Mercs there? Please post photos if there were. Roadster are beautiful but after the first 200, they fizzle out. Thanks.

I will pick 3 nice photos after I am done working on the second batch of photos. I hope to have the second batch of photos that I took during the car show completed by late Friday or Saturday.
