Billy's passion has always been hot rods and his wife .His wife Stephanie's passion was raising the kids and supporting Billy and his hot rod hobbie. I can’t say I know Billy well but I have talked with him and he mixed me some paint awhile back. He a prince of a guy. Very sorry for the loss of his wife and mother of his children. Just devastating. Donation made.
