Is that some of those Torrington bearings in there? Did you machine the axle or the spindle?

Beautiful collection of restoration of treasured parts, everything authentic. Enviable, this story makes me wish my '27 tub was a Deuce!
(tub sits on Deuce rails, and I'm reading about a real Deuce Roadster! Oh, the shame!)

I sent him everything and he’s mocked it up on his in house real deuce. In my opinion this speaks high praises of not only the quality but the specifics to a top of this nature for me to go outside of Southern California to have this done.

Just last month I talked with a fella from Minnesota who also swore by Reichlin's upholstery work. They had sent numerous cars halfway across the country for his services.

Cleaning up brake parts, mating surfaces and Powdercoat (the main chore of late). Started to DA the body and lay down the first stages of mud. Many more to come. 62819D30-C7AF-45DE-9A1B-0AB2C318CC99.jpeg 4E699771-8A53-46DE-BBB9-51510F0BAA43.jpeg 32820E20-D8AC-42B6-A573-C81E4BDEE8DA.jpeg

That is a killer job you're doing on that car. I can't wait to see it finished!

27788A9D-558A-4F68-8B1C-21B90485EFDA.jpeg Stabbed the engine in today. Nothing is as simple as bolt it together but a quick mock up is always nice.

It looks like you're re- perpusing the small bracket for the front brake line holder, what was the intended use for that bracket originally? Looks like you're doing a great job.
