This "airplane station" still exist in it's original location in Knoxville Tn. it has been restored and now houses a barber shop.

 

If you zoom in on the front car (Chevy), there's a lady passenger lighting a guy's cigarette, the driver has a normal left hand, E.T.s right hand, and no face

I love these fake wire wheel hubcaps. They are so obviously fake but really look good on T-Birds or full sized Fords. Chevy had them too. If I had a '55 or '56 Chevy they would have them.

 

That was another cool things about the old cars. You could sit on them in a bunch of different places, even while going down the road. Nothing like todays computerized plastic piles of look alike crap.

So you think Benny Hill was about '60 in around 1952? Have some sense as well as maybe some new glasses.

 

Also funny how things go full circle. Now what's popular are SUVs, years ago there were station wagons. Lot's of them got crushed, but station wagons are really versatile, and more practical than today's SUV, my opinion.
