Customs Dealer tag "HARLEY BUICK DETROIT" - anyone have info?

I was finally able to acquire a 1950 Buick Super Convertible and above the trunk key trim it has what looks to be a dealer placard or tag that says (in faded shadows) "HARLEY BUICK DETROIT"

Of course when I type that into the google machine all I get is today's buick and Harley dealers in Detroit area, so thought I'd reach out here and see if anyone has ever seen these or heard of that dealership. It appears to be original and correct to the car.

Harley, Buick and Detroit all sound Cool together.
Haney buick,....Well......Maybe cool but Kinda makes me think of Green Acres Mr Haney

 

Mr Haney was hilarious......my favorite character.....

He was a legend at GM.

 

A legend and a genius who brought us one of the first concept cars the Buick Y job in the 1930's. Certainly someone who had a unique vision into the future for automotive design.

A design design genius ,yes,but a car dealer ,I don't I've ever heard that before.

When you search google, try using quotes...I used{ "harley buick" detroit }and came up with this from 1932 as the first result
