I have a 2 car garage at my house but it is filled up with tools and cars i cant leave out in the weather... so most of my stuff has been built in the driveway over the years.

Well i lucked into this and closed on it last week... ww2 era building, 60x40x18, new steel roof, zoned commercial, 3 minutes from my house, has lift, compressor, and forklift. And most importantly...afordable.... I am very happy...

Will take some doing to make nicer, but i can do that as i get the $$$. IMG_20181201_171743.jpg

Wow dreams do come true. Looks like it has either steam heat or hot water heat. You will like that. It is so much cleaner than forced air. Especially when you are painting.

Would love to see more pics of it.

"Nicer?" All it needs is a beer cooler in the corner.

Jesus, they threw in a forklift? Do you need a big dog to live in there?

Wow!!! 60 x 40 x 18 high and a vintage building at that. Let's see, first order is an alarm system. Section off a corner to do all your dirty work-welding, grinding, body/paint work.
Then a mezzanine so you can use that forklift to hoist extra bodies and drivetrain parts up there for storage. Leave enough room up there to build out a man cave/rumpus room; Couches, pool table, big screen and sound system, bar, kitchenette. Take a break, entertain. Hell, I'd never go home.

Wow, perfect! And 3 minutes from home, your dinner will still be hot when it arrives!
