Looks like a development of this tool. This has been shared around here before, at least a couple of times.

 

I'd be blasting every damn thing in sight. Crybaby doll : crispy critter!

It's beamed to a parallel dimension where it sticks to a guy's parts whose name is your name spelled backwards.

 

It just goes into the air. That's one reason why my workplace didn't buy one after we got the demo.

That's almost cheap enough that one could buy one to check it out! I'd do it, but I'm leaving for Florida tomorrow. It might be less than $30 when I get there, at which time I'll have to re-think this.

Besides...I see a problem with this tool. It works well...if you can reach to where the rust is. It couldn't be used inside of a door or in boxed sections or other tight areas.
Back to sandblasting, wire wheeling, sanding and citric acid.

 

What's not shown in the photos and videos is the thick umbilical cable that goes to the hefty power console sitting on the floor. Here's a link to the seller of a 500w unit if you want to buy one direct. There are more photos, etc. You can contact them for a "latest price quote". I clicked on the "sample" price tab and got a $300,000 number. That seems quite high but the $39 price can't be right either.
