Any secrets for freeing up frozen e-brake cables?

 

And btw thanks to all who have answered to my other problems!

 

Grab the cable with both hands leave about 6 inches between each hand twist & flex the cable like it's a small jump rope, usually you'll feel where the cable is bound/rusted up inside the liner; it'll be less flexible in the seized up area...usually. JM$.02
