I know you guys are still panting from my Trophy Girl rendition, or was that throwing up!
I went through my stuff and I guess this is as close to Halloween I am going to get. It's orange and black.

love the white walls, wish flames had blue tips, and red / yellow at front

 

The last time I saw a flame job like that on an F-100 it looked a little bit over done ( the outline was a little thicker than normal, not symmetrical that is), but then it was the eighties ( you know, that whole pastel color debacle )

I will try a few more variations over time and present them if I feel it captures that timelessness of the distant past.

How about some keys to several Sanitariums. I know...it's a bit odd...but kinda cool, too!
Some from my collection.

 

Here are some very old Embalming Fluid bottles I came upon some years ago. They're kinda different so I made the purchase. As Marcy from Hop Up says..."Just the right amount of wrong"

lol. I know...a bit odd, but also a part of history that most wouldn't think to buy. I really like Halloween.

Now this is a little creepy.
The Mudcura Sanitarium was not far from where I grew up. After it closed it became known around the area as "Hell House", where lots of weird and mischievous things would happen. A few years ago I found this post card from the Sanitarium. It had been filled out and mailed by a patient. Check out the date someone sent this! May 8, 1912!
