The base coat is on! Letting it cure before we start sanding it. Love this process of the build! You finally get to see some result of all the work you've put in.

This already looks awesome! Imagine how it will look with some more coats of black and clear coat! Definitely one of the best projects/cars here on the HAMB. Keep up the good work

I'm slowly starting to understand why this build thread is getting so much attention here on this forum....the work is just immaculate! And the patience involved is something else. Keep up the good work Eric!

Thank you for the kind words Hogman!

Thank you! I think patience and a little skill are the key words.

Thank you Carsten! The feeling can certainly not be described. Thankfully I have an awesome painter in Mark van Wijk!

The sanding of the body is almost completed. Going over the final details before we push her back in the paint booth.

The Plymouth is back in the paint booth for the last time. Mark is masking off the last things here. Getting closer!

Thank you Car. It certainly has been a long road to get this far, but I feel that the end is nearing now. The hard work and countless hours fabricating and welding is finally paying off.

Looks great, but I don't envy the guy who has to bolt it all back together after it's all painted.

Thank you. That person would be me......considering I've done it a few times during the build, I'm sure I'll manage this time as well, even though it's painted.

    Thank you very much Leo!
