Technical Its a Snap 12 Circuit Fuse Panel Layout

Guys,
I have a 12 circuit "Its a Snap" fuse panel installed in my coupe. The cover, which I believe the layout diagram inside is long gone. Does anyone have the layout or photo of the inside cover diagram I would appreciate it. I tried the website and phone number I had with the instructions with no results.
