    Check out that spark plug above the carb, or what looks like a carburetor. Lots of things to see on that engine, compression release, primer bowels, direct drive starter/maybe generator, backwards horn, twelve cylinders, handy-dandy oil can! Wow!

    TB, I think those pics were taken at the Gilmore Museum. I had the privilege of going there earlier this year. Most awesome museum. Had a whole section on the Franklin. Spent a whole day there, could have easily spent two, if I had the time. I’m glad you posted them, for some reason, my pics of the Franklins were deleted.
    Was impressed with that wooden frame!

  18. yep, the franklin and tucker were both from the Gilmore. what a great museum, i could have spent more time there also. they said there are another 200 plus cars that they switch out.....
