Did a quick sketch and ink this morning over coffee. Figured I would get in on the tail end of this thing. Cool show everyone !

Some shots of my cars plus a little "cheesecake" with Kyra. I hope "cheesecake" is okay.

 

Mike, I dig the truly vintage look of the vintage cars and the sense of movement given by
spinning wheels & hubcaps along with the slight raising of dust. The cars you picked to post
aren't caricatures of the past loaded with either rust of faux patina. Nice work. The Hudson
really grabbed me in b&w. An uncle had one in the late '50s and your image brought back
good memories, and isn't that a big part of what good photography should be about?

 

As ever a day late and a buck short but some stuff I shot this week

 

Mctim64, great shots and the cheesecake is a nice added bonus
Love the Hot Rod and WWII Bomber picture.
The Memphis Belle B-17, will be in south Orlando this winter
Trying to organize a field trip of old cars to go see her. Terrific photo ops for sure.

Mike, your photos always speak to me, but this week, you've surpassed yourself! Excellent examples of why we do this stuff...

 

Now, I realize that this isn’t exactly car related, but how often do you get to see stuff like this.

Ha ha, well the coffee only serves to get the ticker up to speed, but driving our Hot Rods is what really flips our lids !
