It’s not a whole lot of weight but I cut that main support that runs from the top too the bottom at the far rear of the fender

I’d love to see detailed pic or get more info on your DIY tilt front end.

We will get you all the details when it’s finished. We haven’t exactly figured out how we want to hinge it. Hoping to steal some ideas at the fallout. I do believe for all steel this car is going to be light.

Got the door bars in place, made a head rest, and started on the brake and clutch pedal assembly. We cut a driveshaft loop in half for the pedal arms because we don’t have a tubing bender and it turned out well. Next is going too be making the linkage too the master cylinder and getting the front down bars and the rocker bars for the cage.

Spent the thanksgiving break patching rust holes and other metal work, very time consuming and no visual progress but did get the wheelie bars put on.

I have 100's of pictures of the metal work on mine. Countless hours. And you can't tell without a sharp eye, lol. But that crap needs done and done right. We know what you're going through. Now get back to work! I want to see this thing making passes.

Hey, you're checking things off the list. It'll be time to fire it up before you know it!
