What a shame Jim to get that nasty rubber all over your nice new paint on the quarter panels! :D

Did Jim get in another pass? That one looked weak, it didn’t leave very hard. Or still getting the bugs out?

I made a half track pass, on purpose...still getting used to the car. And the tach isn't working right, not sure if it's an ignition system problem or it just needs a filter or what.

some other issues to deal with also...trans is flaring now on 2-3 shift, might need a band adjustment, might be more involved. I need to change the gas pedal so it's easier to drive. Gotta run the valves again and change the oil in the morning. We'll see how it goes.

Don't know what valve body you have but make sure you are getting enough throttle pressure. Good luck rest of the week.

Warhorse is alone in the garage again...and he has the engine running with the garage doors closed. Can someone help him out? He's delirious and blathering about how that Grandma Motors stuff can go FAST....

Ditto on the throttle pressure. If it is a full manual valve body that shouldn't be a problem though.
