    I don't recognize the driver in the Malloy rail job. I assume that's Ruttman in the 98 Jr. Was this photo taken at Carrell Speedway?

    The second photo looks like Al Putnam's car at Indianapolis in 1946. And notice the concrete block walls. When the garages that burned to the ground in 1941 were replaced it was with concrete walls. I believe Putnam died in this same car later in the season at the Indiana State Fairgrounds becoming the only driver to ever perish there in a Championship car.

    My info says it's Bill Vukovich in the 2 at Carrell circa 1950.

    Remember this pic cause I was Navy stationed on Treasure Island. Could see Alcatraz out the barracks window.

    I like that photo, my dad worked for Tidewater at one time, when I was a kid on the left coast.He always referred to it as “ Tidewater and Associates”
