Iv'e purchased a 31 ford coupe body, and i'm thinking of putting it on a 32 chassis. Any recommendations or suggestions from any one. Would be appreciated.

We have at least a couple of members who build nice chassis.
Rusty at Dirty's speed shop in the Dallas area builds a nice one. http://www.dirtysspeedshop.com/
I was seriously thinking about having him build one and do a combined visit the inlaws and pick up the chassis trip. Wife wants fenders on the A so things change but the cost is the same with new steel fenders.

Go original if you can find one, mainly for title/registration. They pop up here in the classifieds once in a while.

It would be beneficial in your search if you indicated where you're located. There are great shops all over the country that can build you a '32 chassis. If you let the HAMB know your location it would make referrals easier. In California I also would recommend Gary Maxwell at Blackboard in Bakersfield.

Been thinking about using Gary Maxwell as well. Does anyone have a ballpark idea of shipping cost from California to S. Carolina for a 32 frame?

That would be advisable if he was using a 32 body but with an A body on 32 rails doesn't mean much out side of bragging rights of having a gennie Henry frame.
As long as the shop provides a statement of origin and stamps their number in the frame he shouldn't have an issue in most states.
