Bob K What can be said, if you knew him, or heard stories about him or one of his many cars you already know what a great person he was and what a great ambassador of our hobby and the open road he was! From his "how the hell are you son" to his many road trip threads here on the board, to his screaming 6 cyl passing you like your standing still as he blew by you down the highway, he will/be is greatly missed! I decided to get a fiberglass/plastic upper torso mannequin, sprayed it with some sparkle efx flakes, and added some hok candies with panel graphics. Todd Jones did his thing with the lettering and stripes. This will be auctioned off in memory of Bob. The winnings will be given to his choice of charities, the Make a Wish Wisconsin. Auction will run till sat aug 18th at 11am central time, at that time i will be at the HAMB drags, as you should be too! At 12 noon, Ryan and i will have a mommet of silence on the starting line and go live on ig, too announce the winner, if your not present i will ship it too you, after you send in payment. We will be excepting bids on the board, my ig, fb accounts and live in person at the track, i will try to update this thread so viewers know the high bids 3 times a day. alright fells, not sure how to word this, so i keep it straight to the point...Ive had a few companies that i work with mention they'd like to get in on raising some money for Bob's charity, Make A Wish Wisconsin. instead of having more auctions, i thought id just add stuff to this one, one condition, the bidding must go up! @flt-blk is at $1,300 now, if we can get the bids up to at least $1,500 Bob and Jeremy at Rebel Wire (http://rebelwire.com/rebel-wire-products.php?cat=Wire Kits) have offered up a 9+3 wiring harness for free, delivered to the winner. i use this harness on almost all my builds, they offer lots of other stuff too, if you haven't checked them out yet, please do so, you will not find a better tech dept in the industry.. @BenD will be bringing back from Bonneville a limited edition Bob K sticker that i think Justin bass had made up, if im wrong please let me know. winner will get one of these, i believe only 100 where made up. we have all week, so i can add more if the bids keep rolling in!
