Ryan thanks for doing this again, I know it's a ton of work, but you sponsor a great event.

It's my favorite party of the year! Just got the C1 in the garage last night. Oil change, radiator leak, shifter adjustment, spark plugs and she's ready to go. This year I'm uncorking the headers, just for fun. Wish I could make it on Friday, but I'll see you all Saturday.
Wondering what tech would say about removing the hardtop, I got to do it on an 1/8 mile this spring, adds to the thrill.

@ryno @jho and I tech cars on Friday night -- From what I recall, they (MoKan) want topless cars to have a roll bar.
Since you mentioned just going on Saturday, you'd have to go through tech at the track and they can make the call.

 

I expect to have to leave it on, it does keep the sun off my bald ass head!

 

This is a must attend for me. Unfortunately this year I'll be attending the funeral of an old friend on the 18th. Was really looking forward to watching the new street flathead class. Oh well, next year. And everybody take plenty of pictures for me to look at later!

Very excited! @Rocky looks like he’s going to make it in the coupe this year, joe’s roadster, @cactus1 roadster, @Austin kays is thrashing to bring his sedan to life in time.

Tons and tons of cool stuff. I’m working on a visual make over and prepping the 46 to haul my wife and baby girl down for the fun.

Going to be some great memories made

Good to see some familiar cars and some new ones. I definitely want to see cactus1's roadster and will be checking out that '49 Plymouth along with all the others.

OMG. That beautiful 28-29 red oxide roadster has slicks on it. I hope that car isn't driven on the streets with those on it. Some of these people need to get a grip. They'll criticize running cheater slicks, while there own car may barely have brakes, or the taillights are so dim you couldn't see them on a moonless night, or it has horrible bump steer ( see Pete Eastwood) and will change lanes in a heart beat. Sorry for the rant. I've been stewing over the never run cheaters on the street for awhile.

Well it wasn't on my radar for this year ( tow rig needs tires as well as the trailer ), but my buddy Chris says we are going. So we got registered last night.
