Totally bummed I couldn't make it. Staffing issues at work resulted in a very limited weekend.

Geez Ted, I KNOW you kinda stole that line about "people getting in the way" from one pic I put up on the Hill on campus a while back....and now?...YOU are taking pics of "the girls" too!

Hey, my 32 is my only running vehicle right now... just today I had to go to the town hall to pay my house taxes right at the campus....Chit! I can't keep going to that area now, as some students are coming back to settle in since this weekend... You know, hot humid days, they ain't wearin much!.. I just can't take the chance of hitting a tree or a pole up there, with only one car left to drive...

"whatever looked so good to you, when you were young,..... looks EVEN BETTER now!":oops:

Thanks for the pics Ted, Mark, Robert J and others . Looks like a great show. Trip home doesn't look that great though Mark. Good job you took the coupe.

  16. The Ashland Fire dept. still owns it!
They still have the paper work from Dodge Bros. Chevrolet in Ashland who sold the cab and chassis in 1956!

Traveling south on 787 about 50 miles from Roundtop where the meet was being held I hear this what I thought was a motorcycle coming up on my right. Looked over and see this orange "31" pulling along side. Pointing my finger south he acknowledge he also was also headed to the meet. Stopped at the Stewarts, for those of you who don't live in the North East it's a common coffee/ convenient /gas store in Glenmont and introduced myself. Doug built the truck from the ground up in the 20 years he has owned it. After more Hot Rod talk we headed out. Had a great ride down Rt 32, we even traveled back home together. Really enjoyed the day looking at a lot of quality rides and meeting all the other Hamb'rs.[IMG]
