  5. I didn't have a HAMB friendly ride when I joined but always wanted a 29-34 coupe.
The HAMB reinforced the fact that I will never be able to afford any of these cars so I did the next best thing,
I got a shoebox coupe to work on.
Lots of good info on this site.

I had this one. Lost it in a divorce in 2007. Was able to buy it back from the new owner a couple months ago. This time it's home for good IMG_0003.jpeg

  11. I had a dream and a bunch of pieces and found the HAMB when I was trying to figure out how to put them together back in '06.

  16. Same ones I've had for past three or so decades.
I guess only visible change since joining is the one in my avatar having added 3-4K miles to its odometer and having shed same amount of "Gum-Dipped" rubber off its tires. Others, less so :(

This 48. Sold it, new owner(s) hung new bumper, frenched headlights and the skirts.
Either buffed out the paint or repainted it the same color. Also had the car in the avatar under construction, sold this one to complete that one. Buick 3.jpg

    I bought my 63 Falcon in 2008 and my 61 F100 in 2005, I still have both.

I had a couple of old VWs before that, but they're, gone.

Yep great car with the 428 plus a bunch of engine upgrades, but i know it’s supposed to be 65 or earlier. I didn’t see that until I posted. Still a great car!

I had a 36 Dodge pickup cab on a Toyota pickup frame. Was like that when I traded for it, my plans were a “Rudy” style truck. Found out pretty quick it wasn’t welcome here due to the frame swap. I ended up selling it after I got my 47 Lincoln Zephyr Club Coupe. Ended up with a much better vehicle that is HAMB friendly.

Well, gee, I don't remember the date I joined...
My 1st HAMB handle was 50dodge4x4, so I'm pretty sure I had the 50 Dodge on the 4x4 chassis. It was my work truck and I built it in 96, and drove it until it got killed in a crash in 2011.
I took my 54 Dodge pickup to my 1st HAMB Drags, but I'm not sure if I went to my 1st HAMB drags the 1st year I joined. I built it and drove it for 5 years, but that 1st HAMB Drags was the last year I owned it. I just had to have that 39 Plymouth business coupe, which would have been what I drove to my 2nd HAMB Drags. In hind sight, I should have kept the 54 pickup. The 39 coupe went finally went away, and the 50 3x4 was my only hot rod until the day it got wrecked. My current 48 Plymouth was pushed forward because of the deceased 50 4x4 and has been my hot rod since 2012. Gene
