Nope. Next round is a more custom interior, and then go back to the pearl baby blue.

Been following this and shopping 59 El Caminos for a while. Since the quarters always need replaced I’m thinking about replacing with something else.

Has anyone experimented with 59 Pontiac or 59 Lincoln bumpers/quarters on these? Attached is a very rough photoshop with a poncho.

  9. Really enjoy this thread, El Caminos have always been one of my top five favorite cars. Had a '65 back in the '80s, it was a beater but dependable and a lot of fun.

I fixed the thread title so now you dont have to worry if its kustom or not. There are just not enough Kustom El Camino's around to keep it interesting.

Modified 4dht maybe. Door and side window seems quite short, shorter than 59 el camino.

I posted a picture of a 1960 'El Safari' early in this thread...I had to go back and check but it's not the same one. It looks like the one above was built from a four door sedan, judging by the rear window and the length of the doors.

  29. Not really a custom, but it's an Elco.........The '60 is my 2nd car which I still have, the '59 I bought to fix/sell (painted it in the garage) and my girls '61 Bel Air is gone also. I had a '59, '60, '61 at the same time and had a customer with a '62 (can't find the line up picture).
