Well, it took me 15 months to get to this point but it will give me a ride out and back in the garage. I need to get the drivers seat bolted in, seat belts, electric fan, soft top and a couple of minor things but it sure feels good to be at this point. Here's some pics, enjoy....TW
What sound deadener did you use. Good looking ride. Sent from my LG-H830 using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Aurthur: MY description is it's foil backed bubble wrap. It's about a 1/4" thick and is sold at Lowes as duct wrap IIRC. 24" wide roll, pretty long.
Nice Hotrod @Tim...Your head might get wet but at least you'll be able to see where your going......congrats on your milestone before the next milestone...
Really nice. Model 40 tudor's are a fantastic choice. I'm hoping you do a tutorial on doing the canvas top.
HRTA: Typical Socal axle with hairpi ns and 9" on a buggy spring...sits too low. I will have to raise it up a bit in the back.
Mcs: I'll try to remember to do that. I have the trim and won't be too long until I have to get on the top. Tim
Looks like a hot rod to me! Stance looks good, why do you need to raise the rear up a bit? Not enough travel?
