Swii - Thank you as always for so many photos to see.
HAMBers - a close look reveals the car on the left's driver's windshield is broken. To the outside. So that was someone's face going through it. Dad said that he saw the same sort of thing with the driver still in the car in the early 60's. Told me he went to the parts store and bought lap belts for the family rides after that. As a kid in the 70's, my parents made everyone buckle up. Other kids would ride with us and some had never seen or worn one.

 

OK guys ....Everybody got it straight ???? They'll chase the kid with the go-kart this way ....When he crosses the state line, you guy's nab him .....
