Came home early from work tonight.Gonna get a couple hours rest, then going to finish up the clutch/brake installation, and get the steering column and wheel back in the car.
Motor might come out tomorrow if we get lucky.
    Stay tuned.

I feel like we have heard this before...

Scott didn't your Dad drive the truck one year while you were strapped to the trailer to work on wiring while cruising down I-80?

Ah! Now you got Tickety Boo weeping antifreeze, drooling like a Black Lab looking at prime quarters.
Now I gotta put a new water neck on, always something.

Oh hell no scott I was gonna install this thing last night but I'm now dealing with the fact of the starter and flywheel ring gear don't match 392 has 172 tooth ring gear and 331-354 has 146 so I'm digging through the starter pile trying to find the correct starter drive As gene Winfield says "everyday is a school day" and this thing is schooling me for sure I can tell you this much I will be a hemi genius after I get this thing together lol

  20. Those flat tops are in the pump gas engine we’ve been running since 2014. The 14.5:1 pistons are in the new engine.
