Strange. Pics don’t show up on my iPhone but can be seen on the “web view” Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Does anyone remember the Civil Defense "Calamity Jane" trucks from the 40s-50s?Tried to purchase this one at an estate sale last year but it was really just too darn big for me...However it has to be one of the most complete trucks out there. Didn't get a chance to photograph all the compartments but you can gt a sense of how well prepared they were.
Yes, my dad bought one of those trucks at an auction when I was a kid. I was so embarrassed when he brought that thing and it was parked outside our house. It didn't have all of the gear in it that this one does, but it was pretty cool and had a really heavy winch on it. Some years back he sold it to a friend and he painted it like the ambulance on MASH and they drive it in parades now.
The holy grail of CD collectables. Chrsyler hemi powered air raid siren. Don't own one but sure would like to! Sent from my SM-G950U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Probably not too uncommon, but it’s the real deal and I think it’s cool. Growing up there was one on our post office. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
Got these at an auction along with a new in the crate centrifuge. All late 50's - early 60's. Looking for homes.
