That green one is a Watson car I think. Scallops are great, I love them.

I love what you're doing to this coupe and can hardly believe how quick you are getting it done!

It’s coming along really nice, keep up the good work. And there is no shame in wanting to leave the factory smoke in the wiring. You can never get old smoke back in.

    Trunk shaved.
I need to hit the wrecking yard for a 81 to 85 ford focus hood release and male. That'll replace the factory stuff. I' starting to think about keeping te factory bumpers too rather than Plymouth. Those blades look slick tucked up near the body.

A cool build, I love your approach,
The bare metal 41 (?) chev in the video, has been at a few shows down here in Aus,
    It's a good looking car!

Are you going to shave off that big shiny zit on the right rear quarter? It is seriously disrupting the smooth flow of what you are creating.

Hah! Know something, its a personal thing but I 'm keeping it. I'll get a more dignified cap for it but shes staying external.

She' off for wiring and a clear look underside at where the tranny leak is coming from in the morning. Should be easier to see in the air. Guess I'll work on the honey do list for a couple days. Found a cool 50s jc Whitney locking gas cap. That'l clean that up a bit. The next stop, dig out the old bondo in the rockers, weld in some metal and start the running boards.
July 27th is a big show in vernon and I want to hit it in its unfinished glory.

Found a great driver quality blade bumper today for $20. Vintage chrome intact. Guess I'm sticking with blades. :)

A convertible would be great. I know a fellow who spent 25 years restoring his. I pray you have the roof bows and sinches because (his words not mine) they are rarer than than rocking horse shit.
Sometimes free still isn't a good deal so it's up to you, your budget and skills.

While up on the hoist I had my guy change the tranny gasket. Leak is gone. Wiring done and ready for pickup Monday. Looking forward to the cruise home.

Found an old goodie through a friend. An early side cowl antenna with 2 mounts. Yep, I need that for the passenger side.
