Here's a vintage beauty from the San Diego Prowlers.
    Note chrome.

It's pretty impressive what some people can do with what they've got.

The roadster above (35?) is perfect. And the '60 Caddy above, it's rare that painting over a formerly chrome plated part with body color makes an improvement, but I really like what they did here, turning the bottom of the bumper into a rolled pan like that, works perfectly. Gives it a real concept-car look, well done to the builder.

Your father in law had to be quite a Kustom guy, with a great eye. That Chevy is beautiful from any angle. I’m glad it brought him pleasure, it certainly made my day and I’m not really into Chevrolet’s, but I’m into great, beautiful, cars....that one is a keeper.

1960 Lincoln Continental tail lights were the hot ticket for a ten-minute time window, and could be bought from many after market suppliers.

"Tempted" One that I started, and never got to finish. Sold it to a collector. Odd little car. Ended up getting parted out to save a 2door :([IMG]

Some of these customs don't seem so "mild" to me. Are we just going with mild=not chopped?
