That photo was shot in the parking lot of my hotel at Deuce Days. There were three other black Model 40s in the same parking lot, couple coupes and a roadster.:)

Here is one I built from parts in 1972.Jake helped me install the junkyard SBF and C4 and cougar rear w/leaf springs.Dropped deuce axle w/Mustang disc brakes.Jim Babb radiator,15" Kelsey adj wheels.I painted it in my carport and upholstered it with a LeBaron Bonney kit.Don't have many pics so took them of the magazine.

It's amazing what a change of shoes can do to a car.

CK's 34 with KH wheels, and black shoes.

Here is a '34 Roadster in the pits at the Indianapolis 500, I'm not sure what was going on with the paint. Looking at the original print the paint resembles a metalflake job before the 'flake was cleared. I have no idea why Ford painted the car with this rough texture. Looks like they sprayed the tires too! Scan_0133.jpg

I know it's an old post fartman but has anything been done to this old lady cause I got a rough Aussie 34 I need some measurements off otherwise I ve gotta USA it and as much as I love the American cars I'd prefer to have mine the way it was versus the way the usa did them(no disrespect intended) mines an Aussie car and all with all the glass 34s here no one would know it's an Aussie steel body without the spears

DSC_1881.JPG Picture was taken in 1966 of my Roadster that I still own today. The frame was painted dark blue and the body was painted Titan red. This picture was taken in Seattle Washington the day I purchase the car. I was told by the seller that it was built by a person that worked for the Lincoln Mercury dealer in Salt Lake City. =full]4959718[/ATTACH]
