    Working on the trunk lid, took around 3 weeks to do. Man that was a lot of work!

    Two options, new or old? I like the V8 one, but it hangs below the panel line.
    I know, I know, I shouldn’t even ask; old right?

  15. Turn it upside down. V8 becomes A8 and doesn't overlap the panel gap.

    I took out 3 more leafs, I left the top tapered one and four of the longer leafs including the main leaf. The suspension moves now.

    Aaron, I know you were tapping softly, but be careful hitting one hammer against another. 2 hardened surfaces like that can shatter and send shrapnel flying that can embed in soft tissues, not good! Get a brass drift or some kind of punch for that kind of stuff. Also, dry ice works well for shrinking bushings for installation (liquid nitrogen even better!). But as always, good job. That is gonna be a sweet little hot rod when you're done!
