Someone recently asked about this Titus Merc.
I ran across this photo, but no info.

That looks good. I wonder how long ago this was. I wonder if it still around.

  5. You're killin' me! This one I wish I could get a hold of. Of course IF I were ever able to, it would go back to the candy green version, YEP wires and hellacious rake included.

  6. Doesn't look like it's changed much. At least up to that point...

The '34 (?) cowl and hood louvers, along with the raked w/s, put this one in the custom camp, IMO.
    What a great look!

    And while we're at it...
How about the ORIGINAL 1932 Edsel Ford speedster?
    We be Stylin' !!!

  8. While I think all Mercs should look like this, that candy green version was awesome. Either like the green one, or the one from Stallone's movie. Out of the ordinary..

  16. I have to say in almost all circumstances I do not like "chameleon" paint.. Of course there is always that one exception where it just works! On this car it truly does work! I love it!

I agree with you this is the one exception. Merle Berg has some serious talent.

I'm with you on that one 54... I picked up a set of them a few years back...cheap.... got rid of everything except the bucket gathered up some parts and pieces and ended up with this tunneled set up....the light is fully adjustable and removable from the front , you could actually set it up with the light not tunneled as much if preferred, it's a combo of Hillman internals, Merc. Inside stainless ring and I believe the out side ring was 57 ford.....of course it will be welded to fender and have a support strap on the back side to attach to fender for extra support and a drain tube so water doesn't settle in the bucket....it rains occasionally in Oregon.....[IMG][IMG]

Just asking, do I need to go back and delete any pics of cars that might have air bags? I have no way of knowing but they are sitting on the ground..
