Might anybody have pictures taken at the Nats in Memphis in 1975? I was there in my Pontiac powered supercharged 1933 Ford coupe,,,metalflake blue, no hood, channeled, rear custom fenders only, American wheels. I am looking for pictures of my car at the event.
Drove from the U.P. of Michigan to Memphis in 1975.............
    Thank you for any help!

Is that the year it rained so much? I was a spectator in my 68 GTO. My wife and I visited her Mom and made a day trip from Clarksville, Tn. I'll look for my pics, but I don't recall if I have one of your car. If I saw that, especially with Pontiac power, I would have taken a picture. Now where are they.....................?

Put that ugly shroud on it just for the trip.

Here ya go. Sorry for the poor quality. I wasn't much of a cameraman back then, LOL.

The good old days! You had Rod Action, PHR, Hot Rod and Street Rodder clicking camera's and sharing builds! Who ever decided the internet would be more fun?

I have some pics of this! Visiting in Clarksville, so the Wife and I took a day trip down to Memphis. The weather wasn't that great, but the cars were! It may take a bit to find them, oldest grandson is graduating tomorrow and we're getting ready to go out of town. I will put them up, promise. I still remember being so jacked up that I could hardly stop long enough to take pictures and few I tried to run down. Soon realized that I wasn't going to see them All in a few hours no matter how hard I tried (the wife didn't even attempt to keep up)!

Yes, I would love to see them. I also recall the rain as you mentioned. Surprisingly enough even with the rain, there was an awesome turnout.

  16. I have some pictures of that exact same 1937 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Business Coupe that was actually there at the Street Rod Nationals that belonged to Jon Hilker from Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin back in August of 1975, he later sold it to a James Hallam from Murrysville, Pennsylvania in October 1976, including a 1938 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Town Sedan that belonged to Tom Hilker, and he later to sold it to a Dennis Huston, and ended at Valenti's in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
