  2. That Cochran kid seem to know something about a camera, not only at what angle to snap the shutter but the right cars to shoot.

I'm happy that you included your children and they could learn a little about dad's business, but now they are going to think all you do is sit in a lounge chair.:D HRP

Dude... Your car... Miller wanted to show me three cars that he really, really liked. Ben's roadster, Weesner's roadster, and your coupe. Your coupe was a real object of education - teaching him about chops, stance, the color black, etc...

    Anyway, perfection in every way.

  8. Miller certainly has a future using a camera, he's a natural! Great pick for the HAMB award.

Sadly I missed the last two Round ups, so I was passed ready to go to this years show. Had an absolute blast. Stopped by the tent to see you and I was pleasantly greeted by your children. Miller was sitting behind your press and I told him that it was kool to see how they were actually made. He denied it he said that you pressed all of the Alliance plaques. I missed talking to you but it was kool to visit with the family. FYI, Child labor laws don't apply to parents.

Maybe you didn't pass on your car hobby to your boy, but he definitely seems to have enthusiasm for photography. Which is just as good, maybe better. @Tom davison might agree. The only way this stuff carries on is if you light the fire under some kid. Thanks for getting all of yours involved. :)

Kid's got talent, and good taste in cars.

  14. Miller could make some money with his eye, put him to work.

  15. I noticed a lot of chrome oe rims, are they coming back in favor or is it just that I started noticing more because I just bought some myself?

Wow thanks. I wish I was by the car while he was there. I always let kids (and otherwise) get in it etc. Thanks again!

  21. HOLY SHIT! your youngest looks exactly like her mom! That's pretty cool but as a Cornhusker faithful, what the hell is this Oklahoma crap????? We're making a comeback this year...big time. Wish we still played the Sooners. A great rivalry for sure.

This wonderful write up brought three things to my mind:
    1. We are indeed getting old. Looking at our kids makes us realize that a decade goes by crazy-fast.
    2. I really enjoyed Miller's fresh eyes looking at the cars and capturing them so well.
    3. I'm long overdue for a trip out to spend some quality time with the Tardel-Cochran clans in Austin... You have all the fun!

    Great job, Miller!
Ryan, it was great to see you and family on Saturday. Even as cold as it was, still an enjoyable day.
