Features Kustoms blues? I need to see some kustoms....

We often talk of the "golden days" of customs, But this thread convinces me that there are more customs on the road today than ever.

 

Here's some random shots, the results of my late night early morning page flipping while taking a break from my house cleaning ......or I got too much stuff reorganization project...some I probably have posted before......sorry....cool I just made room for some different stuff buy giving my neighbor three large boxes of NASCAR die-casts ..posters..and other crap I got tired moving around.....

@Rudestud Which magazine did you scan the pic`s from at the Merc Duce Reunion in Wichita. And Bob Johnson was from Council Bluffs Iowa, not from Minnesota as the caption states in post 9676. He won the King of Mercs in 79 at the 1st Merc Duce Reunion. Also posted in 9671 from that show as well. Here is a pic that I have.

Ya it's four in the morning and I'm still flipping through the pages of these old magazine's.... couldn't sleep , got a call from my Doc saying I got to go back in for more test's probably the rest of the week something isn't possibly right...what ever that means...Hell I was just in two weeks ago had something frozen in my kidney so I'm a little concerned since I only have 40% of one kidney remaining.....sorry for rambling guy's I know every one's got problems.... I will say this , especially to the younger guys just build and drive and enjoy your dreams the best you can while you can and try not to sit on the project ones to long thinking you got all the time in the world to get them done....well life happens and all that time you thought you had starts clicking off real fast and some times instantly....so you all enjoy the ride as I will be continuing soon as these tests and crap are out of the way........ I'll be driving one of mine right through to the end no matter what way the road goes ...up or down..well thanks guys for all the likes ....sorry again for the rambling ...... These next groups are for the mercman...enjoy.... I'll be back...

Thanks Terry. Your advice is directed to the younger generation, but it applies to all of us. One day at a time, and make it the best you can. Hope all your future tests go well, we’re going to await your return, your participation will be missed @ the message board.
