66 here with 17 year old eyes looking out over the hood

 

Im 66 and been drawing from the Social Security Ponzi scheme four years. I remove a $100 cash from the account every month. That and whatever I make on the side is what funds my hoard.

64. Retiring in 4 mos. and will finish some projects.

 

Posted a shot of my Navajo Pointer that is older than a lot of HAMB’ers in person years and forgot to mention I’ll be 77 in about six weeks.

 

70 next month. I like to have at least two projects going, always saying 'just let me live long enough to finish this.'

 

Well kiddies--83---yeah--eighty three. Told that I look 63, some times feel like I'm 103. Still working on my last car, but v e r y s l o w l y anymore. Still fabbin pieces, making alternator/ power steering bracket. After that have to make up lines from pump to Hydro-Boost.

Don't exercise, eat what tastes good, drink bourbon. Works for me---

Same here (68) but I did an age test recently that the results
said that I was only 18 to 23 in my answers!!
I was real happy 'till I read some of the comments.
A 10 year old commented that he did the test
and the result was that he was 39 to 54!!
Guess it all really is in your head.
My wife has been telling me to grow up since 1969!!!

It will never happen!

 

Coming up fast on 68. I still daydream every day about what I am going to do. But when I start it, my high mileage body tells me no.

My dad used to say, "don't worry, the first 100 years is the toughest".

 

Don't worry.....if you haven't grown up by the time you turn 50, you don't have to! This was a huge relief to me.....pass it on.
