    That is an early Hudson stepdown with the rear split window and another Hudson on the right. Like Hudsonutt said there may be more to this picture than we want to know about.

  8. I did a double take here for a minute or so. Excepting for the cupola and the arch above the door it is a double for our old post office here in Howell Michigan, replaced by a newer facility in the mid 70's. Down to the flagpole position and the lights on the steps. It was a WPA building so I imagine it was a standardized set of plans similar to what they did with the Michigan State Police posts erected in that era.
