Correcting the TV cable setup on my trans. Oil change. And still trying to figure out how to make new seats fit. Now...

Removed the remaining 24 studs in my 59 a block. Not one broken
    in all 48.

I started going over a 1948 Plymouth Special Deluxe club coupe. It's pretty solid and complete, but the starter doesn't turn the engine over, and the brake pedal goes straight to the floor. All the exterior lights work, maybe I will plug a power supply into it for yard art :)

Selling more parts out of the garage to make more room and money to buy more parts to put in the garage......

Sounds like a vicious circle but I've sold enough so far to buy a Pete and Jakes rolling '32 chassis and a New Age Motorsports '32 5 window body. Still need to finance the seat, hood and an engine rebuild. A few wheels, some engine parts and maybe a rolling Ford Fairmont Pro Street chassis and I will have enough to finish the build! Selling the OT Fairmont would be great because then I only have pre 1964 projects and more room! Know anyone in a buying mood, send them my way!

W engine didn't sell, lots of interest and fired it up for some guys. Nearly every thing else did, though.

Finally finished up the mini-split I have been installing in my shop. I am locked and loaded for the upcoming North Texas summer. Should be able to keep the shop at a cool 70 degrees this summer. I am trying to eliminate all the excuses I have for not getting my project finished.

Looking at swapping a headlight from the 53 parts Merc into the 52 driver. Shining up the original paint on the 53 hood in hopes of swapping it onto the 52 as well.

@porknbeaner cut down a 46 tie rod and welded it up for me. Last night to threaded the dropped tie rod ends into it and turned the wheels together for the first time! Pretty happy about it. 824EABE8-CE21-4CC2-B1B0-8D9B9FDB7436.jpeg 2705AC0A-89B4-4FC2-9E4B-884E47143EB3.jpeg

  18. LOL cut the tie rod, repaired my cherry picker, spent a couple hours digging through boxes to find the exact right parts for a project ( hording has its advantages, having the appearance of total disarray not so much LOL) and played wit the firewall for my project for a minute. First productive weekend since I drug the Crosley home in January and came down with the flu.

My body is reminding me today that I am just getting back to living. :)

Hopefully in a few weeks I can do it with a steering box and not just grabbing one wheel :)

depends on the weather but I'd like to get some welding done on the back of the frame, maybe make some boxing plates for the back too.

Bring up an old thread. I put paint on my old hot rod. First time it’s had paint in decades.
