  2. Very cool! The Merc is looking great! What other custom mods are you guys planning on? Are you planning on mounting the tail lights in the bumper guards?

    As an unchopped Merc owner I say "Chop it, but a slight chop". I think the proportions of the car look better with one. However that is my opinion and your customer is the person that wants it unchopped. He is the one who will own and drive it and I am sure will be very happy. Nice work..

    Thanks , there are some things I’m doing to make the proportions of this car look right with out actually chopping it , the only bad part is I can’t show this part of the build until the car is done Owner requested.

    98% handmade from scratch . 2% Fomoco Mercury floor sheet metal from 1951 . I’m really pleased how the floor of @churchequipped #mysterymerc is turning out . It’s been a lot of work that really hasn’t showed much progress in pictures until now .
