Hot Rods Please dont hate me!

  1. The 1956 Chrysler Windsor has gone to a new home. A truck driver bought it for his daughter who wanted a car with fins. I took the whole family for a ride and they loved it. Now the hunt is on for a STATION WAGON. Bruce. 002.JPG

Cash is king. Trades (as you found out) are a lot harder to pull off. Good luck on the hunt. Now take a deep breath and don't buy the first thing that pops up.

Have you changed your min about the late model wagons or is that still what you're looking for?

  11. Good news, Bruce. Now you have the resource of the entire HAMB community searching for a wagon for you. Good luck. Is that the "Wildwood Weed" growing in your first picture?...Oh sorry, upon closer inspection, I see that it's a tomato plant.:D;)

  12. Or it could be a tomato plant grafted onto a wild wood stump. :D

"I spent all of that day and the rest of that night trying to find my brother Bill. I finally found him about 6:00 the next morning naked singing on the wind mill. Said he flew up there, I had to fly up and get him down he's about half crazy.. . ." [Jim Stafford] :D :D :D

That Chrysler sure was a good looking car, but you have to go with your heart. Good luck on the Wagon search.

  22. There's been a Desoto wagon on C-List for a while now in either NE Georgia or South Carolina (sorry, school blocks craigslist and my phone hos lousy service in the building)

That 64 Buick wagon looks pretty good for the price if the lighter works.

  26. Yeah, and if the lighter doesn't work, the motor runs like shit! Not to mention the fact that the insurance will go up with that expensive "accessory!"
