The work on the license surround is over the top! Love the peak and the curve where it blends into the bumper.

I'm building a V8 A coupe with no bumpers but after looking at some of the nerf bars I might have to rethink that. I have a 3" rear rolled pan for it but still looks like it is missing something.

on my `30 coupe on `32 rails i have been thinking doing something like MMM1963's post

looking around eBay is see marine hand rails in different styles and sizes in polished stainless steel....has anyone tried modifying one to fit?

Check Peterbilt's website or All State Peterbilt in So St Paul. Pete uses them in lengths from 12in to 48in in 1in dia SS. You could also check the I80 Chrome Shop in Iowa, they have a web and do mail order.

 

Ooo...that's clean. Love It.

 

Mine is similar to the other single bar nerf bars. I made mine go farther forward,so the ends bolt to the frame at the body mount.
