Now here is something you don't see every day. Saw this on a barn find site from our friends across the big pond. It is a French built 1939 Panhard Dynamic X81. They only made them for about 5 years.
With a few modifications and some color as a friend suggested this could be a unique piece of art worthy of something like the Riddler Award.
Have at it guys with some of your Photoshop magic.

Since themoose handled the flames, I gave it a different spin.

I'd squeeze it the other way. Can't paint it though.

image.jpeg Moose could you give this a chop. Maybe a couple different from 1-2 inches to 3-4 inches. Also paint it black. Maybe do what you would do if this was yours.

  14. OK Chopped , gloss black paint with red pin stripe, swapped out the wheels to contrast with the paint and added steel chromed chop 1.jpg chop 2.jpg Imperial valve covers and tinted glass...Nice looking ride!

  18. Obviously this isn't my car, but I wonder what it would look like with an early model a or late t cowl/lower door pillar where it begins to roll downwards. tapatalk_1516976062917.jpeg download (1).jpeg

    That's what she said.

i hate to do it but can we alter this iconic car just a little?

first off since a desoto grill is much to hard to find, replace it with 32 ford grill. oh, and maybe drop the headlights a little.

remove the headers. nothing fancy but i'd like to see what it would look like with under car exhauast. maybe even polished Y block ram horn manifolds.

and last, a new padded vinyl roof treatment. i'm thinking 6-8 inch wide alternating stripes starting and ending with dark color over the doors. think of the beach boys striped shirts when they appeared on ed sullivan with the hotrods on stage.

that should do for starters. @themoose

not bad. i think i finally settled on a vision. you know i've asked you to photoshop a model A roof on a T. i've asked the hamb about reversing firewalls on T's.
i've always had this version in my mind. maybe a different wheel treatment. i like cheaters on reversed wheels. i have a 6 deuce Y block. i think i can make this work..

now maybe take that handsome young man, age him around 30 years, add 50 lbs and give him a beard and that could be me standing there pretending to work on my car for the photographer.

    thanks @themoose
